You will design the product that companies and talent use every day: onboarding, dashboards, profiles and the tools our talent partners use. You will work directly with the founders and our engineers.
In your first 90 days
Redesign the company dashboard around real hiring decisions
Ship the first mobile version of the talent experience
Grow our design system in code with engineering
What you bring
Four or more years designing digital products
A portfolio with shipped work and the thinking behind it
Comfort designing in Amharic and English
Nice to have
Experience with marketplaces or hiring products
