About the role
Talent partners are the heart of HireHabesha. You own searches end to end for a handful of companies: you write the brief with the hiring manager, find and assess people, write the fit notes companies read, and look after everyone through the first 90 days.
In your first 90 days
Run four to six searches at a time for companies in Addis and abroad
Hold intro calls and reference calls, and review work samples with our specialists
Write fit notes that are honest, specific and kind
What you bring
Three or more years in recruiting, HR or a people-facing role
Excellent written English and Amharic
Judgement about people, and the confidence to say no
Nice to have
Experience hiring for tech or finance roles
Contacts in the Ethiopian diaspora
